Policy Information

All items ordered from CraftsbyRareHands.com have a 90-day guarantee for repairs or remake of the order. (Same thing and color if available).

Damage Item (shipping): The customer has 24 hours to contact CraftsbyRareHands.com; please have a picture of the package and the arrival date. Two options are available: Refund or Remake (color might not be available again).

Custom Order: All requests for Custom orders are made through the webpage; a picture of the item is required (if the craft requested is from another fiber artist: the consumer will need to contact the original fiber designer and receive a letter of consent for CraftsbyRarehands.com even to begin work) this need to be completed within 48 hours of making the inquire. Inquire will be denied.

All Custom orders will require a deposit applied to the order. The deposit is Half the cost of the Inquire. 

To cancel a custom order, please visit the Cancel Order page within 24 hours of the inquiry; if the order is not canceled within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded!
