At Crafts by Rare Hands, we value our customers and strive to provide them with high-quality and unique handmade products. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established a comprehensive return policy.

Firstly, all products are eligible for return within 14 days of the date of delivery. This allows customers enough time to thoroughly inspect their purchase and make a decision about keeping it. We believe this time frame is fair and reasonable for our customers.

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our customer service team. They will provide a return authorization number and instructions for the return process. Please note that any returns made without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Crafts by Rare Hands also requires that all returned products be in their original condition and packaging. This means that the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We understand that some products may have been opened or used, but we ask that customers take care to return the item in the best condition possible.

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or the customer's error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking and insurance for the return, as Crafts by Rare Hands will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that any shipping and handling fees associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.

In the rare case that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we ask that they contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the customer to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

At Crafts by Rare Hands, we also understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they must follow the same return process and then place a new order for the desired item. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.

We take great pride in our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
