Crafts by Rare Hands is committed to delivering superior quality, handmade crochet and knitted products. We recognize that various circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of an order. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions pertinent to order cancellations, ensuring clarity and transparency for our customers.

 

**2. Cancellation Request**

 

Customers are required to submit a cancellation request by contacting our customer service team via email at craftsbyrarehands@gmail.com. These requests must be received within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

**3. Order Cancellation**

 

Once we receive the cancellation request, our customer service team will verify the request and initiate the cancellation process.

 

- If the order has not been processed or shipped, it will be canceled immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

 

- If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the total order value will be applied to cover material and labor costs. The remaining balance will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

 

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer will assume responsibility for the costs associated with return shipping. A refund will be processed upon the return and inspection of the product; however, this refund will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% and any applicable return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

It is important to note that certain orders are ineligible for cancellation, particularly those associated with promotional, or discount offers, where such terms explicitly prohibit cancellations.
